i'm throwing an application in for a job (which i'm not really qualified for but hey, it's govt how hard can it be ;):P )

but they are asking for my GPA and my 'cumulative average'

now i have no idea what my GPA would be (BC doesn't do GPA) but in looking around on the web i can take a guess. but what the heck does cumulative average represent and how does it differ?

thanks :)

you don't need to submit that if you're not currently in school... that's only if you are applying right out of university.*

*-this is what i was told when i asked the people running the gov't competition i entered a couple months ago. you should doublecheck though.

Here's an inside tip when applying for government jobs. If there's any sort of self-assessment, i.e. rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 5, always give the highest possible score for each category/question. If you don't you'll likely be screened out before anyone important even looks at your resume.
