\/\/illy
Anyone know of any Springsteen Pre-Sale opportunities? I'm looking to pickup tickets for the Copps show. They go on sale tomorrow at 10am but I'd really like to get good seats. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Swan
I don't know about any presales but I can tell you to beware if he sells GA tix on the floor. In the past he's offered the random wristband policy for some lucky fans to be right in front of the stage. In Ottawa last month, fans had to line up between 2-5pm to receive a wristband and not guarentee themselves standing room right in front of the stage. If you are not so lucky I will say that I don't think I've ever seen so many people jammed at the back of the floor for GA before.I bought my tickets for Ottawa the day before the show and ended up 4 rows right beside the stage. I think its all luck of the draw. Good luck!
Northern Wish
I on the other hand boozed until 10 minutes before the show in the lot. Had a GA ticket, and walked right up about halfway on the floor and had a great view. It wasn't 4th row, but I didn't wait in the cold for four hours..........S
Kanada Kev
Just nailed my FLOORS for HAMILTON SWEEEET btw ... the floors at the ACC we had tons of space. I enjoyed from directly in front of the soundboard ... great sightline and SOUND! If a GA floor is crowded from front to back in an arena then they have oversold, or there's no security
\/\/illy
I took a pass on the floors that came up. Ended up in the second bowl but only a few rows back. Should be pretty decent seats. Bruce is gonna rock 'er!
TimmyB
I too scored a GA ticket on the floor, so if anyone wants to hang on the floor for the Boss at Copps let me know?I tried for four together and was unsuccessful so I attempted to try for a pair and again nothing so I got myself a single and then after that I interestingly enough got three together for all of my other friends that wanted me to get them tickets.Tim
Kanada Kev
Let's rock. Gonna be a great show and I'm totally expecting Copps to have super HIGH energy for the Boss. Lots of time to plan, but do you have any ideas on a possible venue for some preshow drinks, food, etc?Anyone else thinking about Buffalo Boss too? Kanada Kev
Right on ... still have a few months to figure it all out.In the meantime, are we gonna get you out to Turn It On Again on Dec 8th at the Danforth Music Hall? We're organizing a preshow party at the Black Swan before.

NewRider
Not sure if this was posted yet or not.Danny Federici Taking a Leave of Absence from E Street BandDanny Federici, an original member of the E Street Band, is taking aleave of absence from the current Bruce Springsteen and the E StreetBand tour to pursue treatment for melanoma. Charles Giordano, whoplayed with Bruce as a member of the Sessions Band, will temporarilyfill in for Danny until he is able to return. Federici has beenplaying keyboards with Springsteen since the late Sixties. SaidSpringsteen, "Danny is one of the pillars of our sound and has playedbeside me as a great friend for more than 40 years. We all eagerlyawait his healthy and speedy return."Federici has been actively supporting the Melanoma ResearchFoundation and its Wings of Hope Gala, honoring Dr. Paul Chapman."Impressed" seems like such a small word when I think back to thelast two months of Danny rocking out night after night, cancer bedamned. With Thanksgiving upon us, those nights with this band arehigh on my list of things I'm grateful for. So is modern medicine. Our thoughts are with Danny, with prayers and high hopes forsuccessful treatment. Our thoughts are with Charlie, too, as he prepares to step into somebig shoes as the Magic tour rolls on. From what we saw on theSessions tour, if anyone can do it, he can.Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving, with good food, good friendsand family.Chris PhillipsEditor & Publisher, Backstreets
