Two men were charged with the production of marijuana after provincial police seized about $435,000 worth of marijuana plants. The OPP Emergency Response Team, canine units and OPP officers from the North Grenville detachment raided a location south of River Rd. Tuesday as part of Project Centrum. They also seized a loaded handgun, a crossbow and a pellet gun. Pierre Diotte, 42, has been charged with possession of a concealed weapon and the unlawful production of marijuana. He appeared in court for a bail hearing yesterday. Justin Diotte, 21, has been charged with the unlawful production of marijuana.
