snarfmaster C Posted September 30, 2003 Report Share Posted September 30, 2003 saw them last summer at an after hours show for perth's stewart park music festival - it was a tiny venue - maybe 30 people in a curling rink lounge - most of the crowd were q-tips, just me and one other givin'r.... but i gotta say this is one ENERGETIC howlin good show they put a lot into their performance - which was especially awesome considering the turnout. i was impressed, so i bought a cd - $10 how can ya go wrong..... well, upon closer listen the lyrics are pretty boring and their studio work is also disappointing after seeing them give it their all live. so - i would say definitely check the show out if you're up for energetic country-wailin-blues (emphasis on the wailin!) be ready to dance and wail and sweat out all your sins -i'm pretty sure you will have a great time.. just don't expect anything too profound, and if you want a cd i got one for ya - $15! ok ok for you - ten, but don't go spreadin that around!
