Tissue Man Posted August 20, 2008 Report Share Posted August 20, 2008 FUCK YEAH!My thanks to Mike McLaren for passing this along: Some of the readers who are anxiously awaiting the release of EA Sports NHL 09 might be happy to learn that in honor of the centennial, there will be a playable all-time Canadiens team in the game.Maurice Richard, Jean Béliveau, Doug Harvey, Larry Robinson and Ken Dryden are all featured in the following video clip of the game. You could play as th '93 HABS or '93 Leafs or the '86 Habs, or the '88 Flames etc..the only problem was that the dolts at 2k sports only input jersey #'s for the players. The idea though, was great.It's cool to see EA finally doing something like this, but only one all-time team? That aint right.
