Big Wooly Mammoth
It was a pummelingly good Spades show, up into the range The Golden Dogs hit. thanks for rubbing it in. looking forward to hearing it. bradm
What time did the show end?About 11:30pm, I think. Jane Lui did about half an hour, but started early (just after 8:30pm; Zaphod was fairly packed at that time), Matt Barber (backed for a lot of his set by The Spades) did around 45 minutes, and The Sapdes did about 70 minutes (with a lot of help from Matt). The lap steel was a blast to have in the mix, as was the theremin that their drummer had.Aloha,Brad
DevO
Thanks for the Spades news, I miss that band! Only saw them once the whole year I was living in Toronto/Canada.. Hopefully this Spring I'll catch a show. Who's pedal steel is that?? Great that Winchester has picked up a theremin.
