Ol'Hickster Posted October 26, 2008 Report Share Posted October 26, 2008 I had a great sandwinch tonight, I went to the store and bough half a pound of the butchers in store made roadst beef and got them to slice it up thin, then I got some nice portugese buns and a couple differnt cheddars a green pepper and onion. then I got hom and I chopped the onion and pepper in the little peices and got them cooking in a pan for a bit then I threw in the roast beef and let that got for a little bit. I then cut the buns in half, putting some butter, and garlic on the both half then shredded up the cheddars and put that on one side and then put some cheeze whiz on the other side and threw them in the oven to get all melty and nice then pulled them out and topped it with the hot beef onions and green pepper! It was soo delicious and only took like 10 mins to whip up!
