Northern Wish
My boss asked me how we get all of the auto fill addresses out of Outlook into one list, or even into one email body- without having to type "A", then select the first address and so on and so forth 500 times. These are not addresses that are in contact or address books, but just rather the addresses we have contacted and autofill now recognizes.I hope that makes sense.Basically I want one large email list of all of the auto fill addresses. Online help did not help.

Northern Wish
Very nice Mike, worked perfectly!Any idea how to copy the resulting list into a usable format for sending mails out? You're awesome bud, danka.
ollie
If you separate the addresses with a semicolon you might be able to paste the entire string into the recipient line. Probably a good idea to put it in BCC.
Northern Wish
Thanks O, but it comes up with multiple columns and copy and pasting takes in all of the useless info too. Run it and see the file, not sure how to proceed.
ollie
Can you load the file into something like Excel and just copy the column you're interested in?

AD
If the useless stuff is the same for every address, do a search and replace. Replace with a semi- colon or whatever the separator is.
