fluffhead77
This is the best fest line-up I've seen this year by far...
goldengrooves
i agree, Sasquatch has been getting better and better line ups every year. Don't want to miss this and next year's line up look like this year's Bonnaroo!
zero
That may be the best lineup I've seen ever. I don't mean literally but in terms of the last year of music and powerhouse live bands - it's rare to have all the Pitchfork bases (but only the actually good ones covered, Cymbals Eat Guitars, Neon Indian, Girls- okay not the last one) and heavy live bands like MMJ, Ween and DBT's and solid hip hop acts (Kid Cudi, Wale) and all of the bands in between (Fruit Bats, Vetiver). I don't know about my estimate though, NorthernWish'd know better. At least 150K.
Im going home Donny
Holy sweet line up. I haven't minded too much missing U.S. festivals so far but...Super Wow and the location...Super Duper WOW!
FairySari
Agreed, lineup looks awesome. I'll be buying tickets tomorrow Is it wrong that I'm way excited to see Garfunkel & Oates? Edited February 20, 2010 by Guest
goldengrooves
Just wondering what the deal is for camping at the Gorge? Can I bring booze into the camping zone? No glass I'm assuming. Are there any campgrounds close to the venue that are worth it?
FairySari
From the website:No drinking of alcohol in public places and roads. Alcohol consumption permitted within each individual campsite.http://www.sasquatchfestival.com/#/gorge/camping
SaggyBalls
do not try to bring hula hoops or other fun things into the concert area.Lots of partying in the camping areas. Camping is included in the ticket price, with an optional upgraded area for RVs and campers.
fluffhead77
According to their site the camping is $99 with the RV camping being $170. Not included with the ticket price ($170)http://www.sasquatchfestival.com/#/tickets
Northern Wish
Making people pay for camping at a rural location is just a cash grab..... At least Bonnaroo has that part right.
goldengrooves
I agree that paying for camping in a desert is a total racket, but friends who have gone to this venue and stayed in town or other places said it was a pain to travel back and forth. $170 for a weekend ticket plus $99 for camping split 4 ways ain't bad I think. This whole "no re-entry" thing seems like it might be a bit of a pain in the ass. Packing a bag for a full day of fun at a festival will be tough, guess I'm just used to the convenience of Bonnaroo and other festivals. Still super stoked for this weekend! Northern Wish
At least its split 4 ways, from the original post I thought it was $99 each.
