rubberdinghy
Get a room. Nothing beats Stephie's banana choco cake. The cake specifically asks for frozen nanners. I don't know the recipe though.

Ms Zimmy
My Recipe, which changes a little everytime I make it...slowly perfecting it.2 cups of WW flour1/2 cup of unsalted (opt) butter melted (sometimes use half olive oil)2 tsp baking soda and powder2 eggs beaten (Sometimes I only put in one)1/2 cup of brown sugar 3-4 mashed bananassome vanilla1/4 cup milkAdd butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs and mix well, add bananas, mix, add dry ingredients. Mix well. Because I use ww flour I normally add some milk at the end...about a 1/4 cupThen sometimes I add: chocolate chipspeanut butter chipswalnutspretty basic, the peanut butter chips make it extra special. I bake it at 350 for 50 minutes, and an extra 10 minutes with a sheet of foil over the pan. I double the recipe normally and use 3 eggs.
