Blurry Posted April 20, 2011 Report Share Posted April 20, 2011 I just got a call from a company calling themselves Technogenie who said that they are a Windows operating system service provider and that they'd been receiving "error" message emails coming from my computer and they wanted to help me get them erased. Basically - they would have had access to my computer from a remote location - I had been going along with it until with them until they wanted me to do that - then I hung up.
