Jaimoe
He doesn't waste a note in the above clip from bouche. I hate it when people say he can't play fast, as if that matters for fuck sake, And the Stockholm footage proves that B.B. could indeed play fast, with style, skill, flair, and feeling. Damn it he was awesome!
Northern Wish
BB King was the first concert I ever saw. It was at the old Ontario Place Forum with the spinning stage. I was 11! Last weekend I was at Hangout Festival in Alabama and quite a few artists paid tribute to BB.
Guest Low Roller
His death appears to have set off some rather unfortunate situations where the family is squabbling over their inheritance, and now two of his daughters have come out and said that he was murdered. Is family the Jackson family? I read that the other day and just thought it was national enquirer style news, yet it's a real claim being investigated. Since they weren't allowed to visit, how would they know anything other than pulling that out of thin air? http://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-32881351 http://time.com/3899272/b-b-king-lawyer-family-poison-claim-money/
