Ticketmaster replacing Capitaltickets for CTC events

I've never had problems getting tickets through Capitaltickets and fees seemed way less than TM.   I always thought the service was much better but it's been a while since I've bought tickets for something at Canadian Tire Centre.  This must be shitty ... right?
