luke_zardo
Like bluegrass? Then consider yourself invited to spend an evening with Blackberry Blossom and friends on Saturday December 20 at the NAC. Also on the bill are singer/songwriter Jesse Reid and Palooka in a rare acoustic performance. Doors open at 7:00pm and admission is $5. This is Blackberry Blossom's first show since the summer so we'd LOVE to see as many of you there as possible. For those of you wondering,Blackberry Blossom is Niagara's premier bluegrass outfit consisting of: Darrin Beaton (on holiday from East Tennessee University where he's studying music on a scholarship program) Dave Matthews (Rose Garland's very own) Rob Oliveira (the FUNKIEST bluegrass bassist I've ever heard. Jay Peters ( of SilverHearts fame) Joining us on fiddle will be Wally Knash--you gotta hear this guy !! The Nac is located at 2 Bond St. (just off St. Paul St.) in St. Catharines. It's a GREAT sounding room---cozy too !! So drop on by....drinks will be flowin' and good times a-rollin'

CyberHippie
Man I'd really like to check out the Blackberry Blossoms... I won't be heading down Niagara way until x-mas eve though. Good to see Darin is still playing, I was a huge fan of "Buddhas Don't Box".
bouche
I'm curious about the roster of tunes of Blackberry Blossom. I know I won't be able to see them, but I'd like to see some setlist samplings.
