I'm extending an open invite to all sanctuarians to come help me celebrate the completion of grad school and the coming of Herbie up in my neck of the woods. I'll have to see whether sticking around my place and drinking bottles, or hitting the brew pub down the street for phatty hemp ale is a more popular option, but everyone is invited. Blane I assume you still have a ticket for me right. If so, I have some money for you. Blane, can you fill us in on what the venues like if you've been there before. Especially with regards to snootfuls and stealth taping. Reports from Oregon indicate that metal detectors are being implemented by Herbie's anti-taping thugs.Also, do not forgetski, Burt Neilson is playing Le Swimming in Montreal on Saturday. That's ROUGHLY what you can expect. Multiple levels, with decent seats on the balconies, and lots of floorspace. I only have one stipulation: I wanna be at Metropolis when the doors open. I've never gotten a seat there, and I think I would enjoy the show tons more with one of those balcony seats.
