bouche Posted March 7, 2007 Report Share Posted March 7, 2007 We were reading about a fire on Somerset W in Ottawa this morning and as news trickled out, we found out it was the Caribbean Flavours buildingI just got confirmation from the Wine Garden that it's gone. There is a little crack under our door and about 6 am I woke up smelling smoke, I was a little freaked out because we have some party kids above us....That and sometimes I smell smoke smells when there aren't any smoke smells... bouche Posted March 10, 2007 Author Report Share Posted March 10, 2007 They had a sign there that warned you if you were in a rush that you should eat somewhere else. I was amazed that this place could get away with that. It was that good.Sharon and I ordered "off the menu hot" one time. It was definately the hottest I've ever put near my mouth.
