we are seriously thinking about it... not sure if we would make the last train back to Oshawa at 12:13... tickemaster says 8 on the tickets which would be perfect... anyone know if thats show time or doors? anyone heard his recent solo stuff?

Cheers deranger no worries... We actually had the tickets ahead of time before we headed up to SSM... we had to go that weekend as I am starting work up there May 1st.... its all good though... more shows will come...

Why is it that people feel the need to be " that ass" and make comments when they don't actually know the situation. Yes deranger, we did drive 8 hours to get to the show, yes we did only wait in line for 1/2 an hr to the point of being told they were not letting anyone else in. Im glad that because we left it helped you get in. We were exhausted so we left. Have we seen MMJ before? Yes. Will we see them again? Most likely. Did you know that the reason we drove 8 hrs back was because we actually live in Oshawa and was up in the Soo looking for an apartment to move to? Glad you had a great show...

After the drive and hearing it was done we had no energy left to even think about waiting around any longer... good on you guys for getting in and having a good time... good to see some faces I havent seen in quite a while...

What a complete bunch of bullshit that was! Mellie and I pushed it 8 hrs from the Sault to make it to this gig... through shitty visibility on the 400 to stop and go traffic on the 401... we get to within 50 feet of the doors to find out the room is FULL! WTF? We are on the guest list... as are some 100 other people outside that are shut out... Thank you Fluffhead for yelling out how far we drove to the fuck ups at the door.. it was worth a try! then to top it off... we get hit with a red light traffic camera at Birchmount and Danforth on the way out of the city.,.. the roads were wet and felt it wsnt safe to slam on the breaks on the amber and it flipped to red... great 190 dollar fine coming in the mail... whats next tonight?

Leaving from the Sault in about an hr then driving straight to the show... Wish us luck with teh weather everyone!!

I will tell ya something... I was speaking with my regional manager at work who is good friends with someone at Ontario Power Generation and belive it or not, they are worried about the outcome of this event... nuclear power is not so simple as to just shut down and start up again on a dime... when you think of how many lights and such will be turned on all at once at 9 pm they really dont know how it will affect the grid... i guess we'll see now wont we...
