According to Courtney Hazlett of MSNBC this morning, "He wrote a letter to [editor-in-chief] Anna Wintour saying he really liked the magazine, and while he's got some time to spare this summer he would like to hone his skills at Vogue magazine. Their spokesperson is saying the 28 year old will be expected to do traditional assistant-like duties." According to Women's Wear Daily, those duties could include "making copies and messengering couture gowns." All we know about Vogue magazine, we learned from the thinly-veiled experiences of a former editorial assistant shared in "The Devil Wears Prada." Based on that classic film, Avery can expect a summer of nasty insults about his lack of style, tracking down unpublished copies of "Harry Potter" manuscripts for the editors' daughters and spending the night with the man of his dreams under the lights of Paris. Or maybe not all of those; they're not making any more "Harry Potter" books, after all.

Agreed ... that second goal by Philly should have been reviewed. There was only one replay that made it look like the player was even close to the puck prior to getting thrown into the goalie. Yup, he already gave Ottawa a good lesson when it comes to "choking" . Just remember: A proof is a proof. What kind of a proof? It's a proof. A proof is a proof. And when you have a good proof, it's because it's proven.

A few tips. Check with the venue regarding strollers (pretty sure the Molson Amph is cranky about this). Also, i've found, if you can carry your kid in, they aren't picky about tix. Also, get a bunch of glowsticks and attach 'em to your kid. Even if they aren't mobile, it lets the other folks see them. Don't let them sleep on the ground if it's getting crowded, people DO NOT LOOK where they are stepping when going through a GA crowd. Most importantly have fun. Enjoying a great concert with your kids is AMAZING!

Nice solid finish to the series. That's gonna be a huge confidence builder for the Habs going into the next round. I heard so much comment about Price and that they were done.
