  3. I'm almost positive that I have encryption on. I'll take a look and see if a gremlin got in there I'll have to take a look at Peer Guardian again. I know I d/l'd it a couple of months ago and tried it. Thanks for the tip.
  4. and it ain't close to being over yet either. Good to see CuJo back between the pipes
  5. Mix it up a bit on the PP. Cycle Kovalev over to the left side for his one-timer. Maybe he could get open and score like he did on that beauty in Game 2.
  6. Owen Nolan! Great freakin' comeback. What a series.
  7. Here's another trailer that was "leaked" http://www.filmschoolrejects.com/news/star-wars-the-clone-wars-animated-trailer-leaked.php

    Blasphemy at its best
  9. LOL ... hey, Ollie said what I had posted would have more weight if there were 300s avail ... they are BTW I have been there for a playoff game before as well with Sens fans. It was in one of those series where the Sens lost and the Leafs won I'll be in Ottawa, but not until the weekend. Trust me, if I could be there earlier for game 4 and I could score a ticket under cost (like they are on eBay right now) i WOULD be there. I'd love to see one of those games (and no, I would not show up there wearing a Leaf jersey ) I would love to get together for beers as well.
  10. Weigh this ... 300s avail tonight: Adult Gate Price 300L 313 C 1-2 2 110.00 7.75 2.30 240.10 Also in the "No-Alchol" zone too (cheapest avail) Adult Gate Price 300L 315 S 7-8 2 65.00 7.75 2.30 150.10 Lots of sweet deals on ebay too. Much like badams, if you're going to call it out, it's going to come back. Sorry for being "annoying". (i think Booche is making me type this)
  11. HOLY SHIT Anyone watching CAL v SAN JOSE ??/ 3 - 0 only 3:38 into the game.!!! Unbelievable. W O W ! CuJo is now in net
  12. Bruins back in the series ... same with NJ winning tonight too. Damn, that was one helluva game to watch. Those guys should be bloody exhausted. Can't blame price on the goal at all either. On to the sea of red in Calgary now ...
  13. Lots of fantastic hits being laid out in this game tonight. The saturation of Leaf games on the CBC is primarily based on the fact (no matter how shitty they many be) that they bring in the numbers. Numbers mean revenue. The popular myth is that tax dollars subsidize the CBC as a whole. This is far from the case. The sales department brings in MORE THAN HALF of all money into the CBC. That means advertising sales are more responsible for keeping it alive than tax dollars. If it was completely publicaly funded there would be NO commercials. Now, I have no idea what the deal is with the French CBC and whether they lost the contract to RDS for televising rights for the Habs. When I was a kid that's how I was able to survive and get my Canadiens hockey games in and I could have cared less that the broadcasts were in French (i remember it was channel 25 here in Toronto). The CBC is happiest when Toronto/Montreal are in the playoffs. They are less happy when the Western teams are in and the Sens. Totally unhappy when none of the 6 Canadian franchises are in. Their ratings were abmismal in the Cup final last year with Anaheim and Ottawa. I'd be happy to find out a bit more about the numbers, etc. when I'm back at work tomorrow
  14. To add to what headymamamyrna said, you should NOT have to pay for a year based on the previous residents' usage pattern. I had an argument with a gas company about this when I moved into my current house. Previous owners kept the pool at a hot tub teperature!!! The equal billing payments were at well over $200 a month. Screw that. Mine have consistently been at $150 for the last 4 years and I usually have a balnce of a couple of hundred bucks every year. If anything, they should monitor your usage for the year you are in now and adjust to that.
  15. 5-2 Dallas now ... nope, it ain't gonna happen. Dallas is going up 2-0 for sure and they are deserving of it from their play in this period for sure!
  16. Right on ... Teemu scored to finally get the Ducks to beat Turco. Wonder if they can grab a split before heading to Dallas.
  17. Whoa. Crazy finish. Kovalev looked rather weak in the 3rd on those power plays. He was waiting, and getting off weak shots. But holy shit, he switches sides in OT and snipes a perfect shot to win it. Congrats Habs. Tim Thomas had some awesome saves. That post with 0.1 seconds left in the third was nuts. So close. It'll be fun seeing them play again tomorrow night. No day off and travel ... gotta love the first round
  18. LOL ... they must be on a tear right now. After reading this thread I checked my email. I got one of those emails today at 5:45pm too. You get movies/TV from a public torrent site and you might just get one of these. I got it from d/l The Bank Job
  19. I too saw this one as a kid when it came out. Hey, getting to go to a flick with a couple of friends with no parents tagging along when you're 10 or 11 and any movie would have rocked I remember some sword swinging skeletons that were cool. Got into dancing skeletons more a few years later I saw some of this movie on TV a couple of years ago and it definitely doesn't hold up well (except for it's campiness and maybe if you could make a drinking game out of it )
  20. I received one of those last year from Cogeco. Basically, it's Hollywood paying a company to fish for people sharing Hollywood movies via P2P. What they do is snag your IP from the Torrent swarm for a particular file/movie. Then, their software waits to maintain that you are indeed not just receiving, but also sending out the data from those files. When they do this, they contact your ISP. It's the ISP's duty to then inform their customer. That's all that letter is. It keeps the ISP (Rogers) in the "good books" with Hollywood. They figure that threatening letters like this will scare people off P2P. Legally, Hollywood can't shut you down because I believe that we are not within their jurisdiction for the laws they say that you are breaking. If you were Stateside, it might be a little different. Simply ignore it and continue on. Unless Rogers gets these sorts of things frequently about you they are unlikely to act upon it. Especially if you give them any resistance. Share on
  21. Ouch ... crossed my legs as soon as i read that Was he not wearing a cup? Wonder if it shattered too. He's got ball! To hear of what some players go through and still continue to play it baffles me (broken legs even!) Some of the toughest athletes around.
