They released a 7" single for Record Store Day that contained only 20 seconds of music.
2 have been located worldwide.
No one seems to have any idea what the actual run was.

Seidenberg and Lehner FTW!
I seriously doubt that has ever been uttered before.

I had read some pretty glowing reviews of this solo saxophonists work and today I found a stream on NPR:
I am at the point where a whale is being ass raped by a robot synthesizer and I have to ask: what the fuck?

It is a bit heartbreaking to see fake Jerry keep playing as one of his band mates (heroes?) was potentially having a major medical crisis within arms reach.
-
Wow. Not to be a basement dwelling monitor starer- but what is the consensus as to Bobs issues? I know something similar happened at the Nokia Theater last year.
A friend of mine is supposed to see him in Atlantic City tomorrow. I wonder if the show will go on.

I got presale tix for Pine Knob. I had three different sets of 4 up (three computers) before I pulled the trigger on 20th row DFC. The others were in the 12-16th row range, but off to the side.
$90 a ticket.

On one hand I agree it is "amazeballs"- great location, vibe, crowd and prices, but i also have to agree with Tonin that if felt crowded last year. They really need to expand the tent venue because it sucks when you can't see the band you really wanted to see. I spent lots of time wishing there were about 10 to 20% fewer people there.
-
This is going right down to the wire!
-
Oh. Hahaha I thought how in the hell could a ticket go for $9, but in light of Toronto anything seemed possible.
-
Whoa. Big one last night..... The set opens with Side 1 of Three Snakes and One Charm (in order!).
-
Clearly the Phish bubble has burst. I just perused stubhub and saw:
$24 lawns for SPAC any night
$8.89 lawns for Alpharetta
$20 for Hollywood Bowl
$30 for Holmdel
-
Is it just scalpers and speculators or people like myself who "scored" lawns through the lottery and then bought other better tickets at the on sale- and therefore have extras that no one wants?
-
In addition to the solid lineup, Gestalt Buckles was selected again to be a part of the Artisan Village. See y`all there! We will have stuff like this for sale:

And Peter Frampton sat in for three songs the night before that.
-
So in the end it wasn't a separate 7", but rather side 4 is the original Blind Melon demo tape that they sent to Capitol.
I scored almost everything I wanted:
Shuggie Otis
Blind Melon
Daniel Lanois
Iron and Wine
Justin Townes Earle
Built to Spill (live)
Miles Davis x2
White Stripes
Cold War Kids
Jack White
Stephen Malkmus plays Can
No Alternative Compilation
Never Been the Same Compilation
Elliott Smith
The Cure
The Band - The Last Waltz (thanks Basher!)
Sean Rowe 7"
Bob Dylan
Grateful Dead/ Dr John split 7"
Later that day a friend visited who was liquidating and I picked another 40 titles from his stacks including some (still sealed!) Ryan Adams for $100 total. Does anyone need mint copies of either Gold or Cold Roses?
I need a Lawn Boy if anyone sees it around, please let me know.

Nick Waterhouse is fantastic!

I might be vending at select Echo Beach shows. We got the invite, but are deciding on whether or not it will be a good return.
I am on the list for Alabama Shakes, Ben Howard and the Alt J show (the TBA opener is Lord Huron).

On a related note:
Do you guys have a very good website rec for identifying trees, shrubs etc.? There are a few here I don't know what to do with (one appears to be two different types of tree fused: a lower hardy thin branched mess and above it is sprouting what we used to call pussy willows).....I haven't been able to find a site that seems easy to identify if you dont know specifics.
Thanks again.

Coachella local time.
New Boards of Canada album? UPDATE: The answer is yes.

Nope. But if you could find one of them, I bet you'd be able to flip it for a nice tidy profit no matter what the retail cost was.
