i have 2 extra tix, phorbesie they're yours if you want 'em. great seats, very cheap.

i dont want to be left with 1 extra cause its so much harder to scalp if you don't have a pair. i know timmyB was also looking for one so maybe you guys can take them off my hands...20 or 30 bones each

If you get access to the Outdoor Life Network, you my want to check out a cool 1.5 hr special put on by our good friend, Survivorman, about his family's move into the Canadian wilderness.

The idea is to show people how you can live "off the power grid" using modern technology to make the site a perminant living space and not just a camp site. The show also focuses on the effects of the move on his two kids (8 and 10 yrs old).

Nothing spectacular, but a good watch none the less.

I emailed McHattie last year when I lived near Mac - regarding hugh potholes on our dimly lit street, and a debris filled bike lane on the huge downhill path on Wilson St. E > Main St. W

he replied personally within 24 hours and my requests were filled before the end of that week! He mentioned that he was an avid bicycle rider - so maybe thats why he acted so fast. but its good to know there are some bike-friendly thinkers in city hall

How long before I get invites to send to other people? I've upped 2Gb or so.

you need to be a PowerUser+ for invites:

"Must have been be a member for at least 2 weeks, have uploaded at least 10GB and have a ratio at or above 1.05. The promotion is automatic when these conditions are met. Note that you will be automatically demoted from this status if your ratio drops below 0.95 at any time. All Power User+ receive four invitations to use as they see fit."

I believe you get 1 or 2 invites per month after that as well. beware, don't invite people who have been kicked off the site before, or you get the boot

everything about that night is still slowly sinking in - looking at those pics really hit home. i'm gonna be dreamin' about it allllll week while mindlessly toiling away at work.

1017 was an absolute blast! what an amazing group of people - top notch environment. I remember talking to Rico - tree planter guy who slept on bnb's porch in thunder bay, was randomly walking up the street and got invited into the party after the connection was made that he knew about bnb. Just solid good times. It was actually a guy named Ed who convinced me to chill for a while, i'm so glad I took him up on the offer. We met on the cab ride accompanied by a very very very very smashed Basher.
