Man, you almost dont even mind losing when they score em like that.

Im with Velvet, Fuck it.

Better than mine. The only bright side I find is that if he had been playing all along Id be somewhere in the middle of the pack. Without him I have a legitimate shot at Asshole and getting a disc or two.

The Racoons Halloween was another of my favorites as a kid.

This could be the first year ever that a player wins the award without ever having to step on the ice. Imagine that, "No goals, no assists, but man, your team sure as fuck sucked without ya. Here ya go..."

So are your comebacks.
You loved it.

Please, Zdildo Choda is so over-rated.

The game was on sports net, but a blackout was in effect outside of "Leaf Region," whatever that means.
Ya, Green stunk tonight. He had a lot of chances, but couldnt finish if his life depended on it. Thornton looked great though. Dominating at times. Im sure he'll pick it up and start adding a few of his own.

That was exciting hockey. Little bit of everything.
Belfour looked like he was on crack one minute, then better crack the next...
How about Matty Stajan? I went to school with his sister and she was so shy and down to earth, she never even mentioned he played hockey. But look at him now....
Refs sucked if your a leaf fan, but Bruins' powerplay REALLY sucked.
Allison should never take part in another shoot-out...never, ever...
Id say tough loss, Esau, but really, it was a good road point.
-
Oops. Spoke too soon.
-
What happened tonight? Carolina? Even the Leafs beat Carolina!
-
Try seeing Dogville if you havent yet. Its long, so its a good sick movie.
-
Allright, 2 points out of last!
-
Just got their new CD. Havent listened to it yet, but you've inspired me.
Im puttin it on now...
-
Glad I stayed up. The look on the fans faces was priceless.
Think St louis will win it now?
-
I bet ya each 2 shows they win more games than last year.

The long and winding road.

Big Hairy. How come you guys, the media included, are always so sure about who will stink from one year to the next? If anyone follows baseball, the Chisox, by all logic, shouldnt be headed to the WS, but they are. How do you explain that? What if Bosh and Mo Pete have stallar years? Or a couple of rookies come through? What if injuries plague the rest of the league? What if Lindros can still play, and Allison doesnt get hurt? Imagine Philly doesnt make the playoffs? How come Atlanta cant win a bloody WS? How come Kiprusoff stinks this year? What ever happened to J.S. Guigere?
Ive heard it all, predictions from "Experts," to average fan. All I know is that sports arent fair and that things seldom go as planned. So for me, I choose to take the Mike Pin Ball Clemens approach to being a sports fan, and say, the Raps are going to win the whole bloody thing.
-
IT shouldnt really be surprising they lost. Its pre-season for the Raps. They've been playing together for two weeks. They used players trying to make their team. Tel-Aviv won the championship two years in a row. They've been playing together for months now. They have rediculously talented players, and played their best players.
Europeans know how to play basketball - recent failures by the U.S Olympic team should prove that. The fact that the Raps made it close last night might actually say something GOOD about the team.

i think at some point in high school i listened to tesla...but i can't think of a single song by them.
"It aint what ya got, Its what you give (NANANANANAH). It Aint the life you choose, but the life you live..."
Only Tesla song I know, and its wicked-awesome.

Woa...check out the names of some of the guys on these teams, they're pretty top notch.

Figure this: You've been listening to classic rock since you were twelve. Youre now 25. DO you have any idea how many times you must've heard "You Shook me All Night Long"? Im guessing at least 80 000.
The sad thing about the Dean Blundel Show is that its one of the more entertaining ones out there. Thats what hurts the most.
-
The problem with hockey isnt its entertainment value, its that its not etched in the American psyche. With the exception of a few northern states, no one down there cares. Nor should they. Successfully drawing on the southern market is going to take a lot more than flashy gimmicks and Wayne Gretzky coaching. Maybe if they played in the middle of a NASCAR track more people would watch.

Woh, man, what a dominating performance! Does this mean that, come playoff, time, it will ULTRA suck to lose to the Leafs this year? Like, more so, than previous years?
