  1. Yes, but it is just one game. The thing that hasn't changed though is that Thomas is still brutal.
  2. Andrew Raycroft: Starting goalie for your 2008-2009 Toronto Marlies
  3. I saw that yesterday Dave and thought of you. Too bad for the Leafs. We can't even blame this one on JFJ.
  4. You got it. Mutha F*ckas!!! You guys were rather kind today, better than I expected, but I guess you have had all season to beat us up. (Or 3 seasons in total). Dave, you are right, I did let my guard down and the Leafs f*cked me again. Hopefully we can try and turn things around this summer and get rid of the players who can only play when there is nothing on the line. Bring back Mats, Vesa, Thomas and ship the rest of the pricks to the Marlies. That being said, it will be a great playoff run. And as with every spring, I will quote KK, anybody but the Sens!!!
  5. Well, I am actually going to cheer for the Leafs to win tonight. It has been a long time, but seeing as they have decided to play great hockey and remove themselves from the Lottery sweepstakes, I figured it was time to switch back. I haven't watched much Leaf hockey lately because I find it very hard to watch my team, when all I want them to do is lose. So here we go again, GO LEAFS GO!!!
  6. Hey, Andy Magoffin is from my home town. I did not know that he helped out on all those albums. Pretty cool.
  7. I was in Arizona over the past week and I saw two Coyotes' games. One against the Ducks that the Coyotes won in a shootout and another against the Canucks where Coyotes won 2-0. The team played great and so did Bryzgalov. Good atmosphere and nice to be able to get tickets on game day. Great seats for $25.
  8. thats what makes it a fair poll. In each one of the weekly polls in Sports Illustrated, the players can't vote for their own.
  9. I think it is safe to say that his consective games played record will stand forever.
  10. Nope, but I did notice that the top tier eastern conference teams got smacked around last night by their counterparts in the West.
  11. It was great, Ruutu just kept hanging on and tried to get some punches in late, but Lucic was the one that kept throwing the bombs.
  12. Yeah, I saw that, but they said that it probably would not have worked because of Khabibulin's salary. On a side note, did anyone see the fight between Lucic and Ruutu last night? It was a great fight that went on for quite some time with Lucic laying a nice beating on Ruutu. I definately like the style of game that Lucic brings.
  13. Nice Plomax!!! Trouble is brewing in paradise.
  14. True, and Florida is in basically the same position as the Leafs and they were picking up Belak and Kilger
  15. JFJ is no longer around to take the abuse. Kubina waived the NTC and then stated he wanted to stay with the team. Give me a break. One win changes his mind. Turn the heat up on these guys, they will get the point.
  16. Antropov has finally started to develop. He is a big body and has some touch. They will need him next year and hopefully he can keep improving. If Fletcher has assessed him as one of the core we need to keep, I trust him. We can't just think about draft picks, we need some players that can actually play. He also comes at a reasonable price.
  17. Yes, I agree with those statements. And I also like how Kubina will no longer have the NTC if the Leafs don't make the playoffs this year. Buh bye Pavel. I also thoroughly enjoyed listening to the group of 4 on TSN, rip the Leafs' situation and how bad the contracts are with JFJ sitting at the other desk.
  18. Zaun is brutal, the entire MLB knows that you can run on him any time runners are on base.
  19. Just finished reading a few articles from the Sun this morning. I am liking Fletcher more and more. He had some good quotes. I like the direction that he is hopefully headed by stating that this club will look dramatically different next year. At least they are going to try and change a few things this summer instead of bringing back the exact same line up like they did last summer. Also liked how he stated like last year, the Leafs are playing well when there is nothing on the line. Call it like it is Cliff. This is a perfect example of Tucker this year. The f*ck has scored more goals in the past few weeks than he has all year. And one more point, I hope the fans boo the hell out of Kubina when they Leafs return home. One win against Ottawa and that changes your mind. Nice douchebag!!!
  20. Brian Campbell to San Jose.
