Solid game last night. Definatley not the result that I expected. I think we are going to enjoy watching this team this year. They are going to be much more prepared and competitive than they were last year. Weird without Mats last night. It will take me a while to figure out all the new numbers and players. It was nice to see a few of the new guys contribute last night.

Definatley not a good result for Elite XC, but that is just the sport. Any fighter can be knocked out with one punch at any time. e.g., George St. Pierre. Kimbo Slice is a great marketing tool for Elite. Is he the best MMA fighter? No, but we are talking about him so it is working for them. I am just happy they are putting on quality cards for free. I like the UFC, but I hate how I have to dish out $50 once a month to watch it.

I liked how Wilson used Kubina and Schenn last night for his final two players in the shootout. Let's try and mix things up a bit this year. Both had nice goals.

I can't believe the Trojans lost last night. People were predicting them to steamroll the Pac 10 and march all the way to the National Championship, which still might happen. Huge upset and I forgot that the game was on last night. Fuck. This is the start of the real season. Conference matchups begin this weekend.

Those were some wild games yesterday. Man, Denver got off lucky. My Bengals stink. I definately like the look of the Bills this year. Won my proline ticket yesterday with the Pack, Bills, and the Patriots. I definately like the 3 game ticket, football is too hard to predict. My pick for the worst team in the NFL: Kansas City Chiefs.
