I have a show of the Trey-meister raging with MMW in Albany some time back in the day. I have to say, I really like MMW more when they're playing as a back-up band for Scofield or Trey, or the likes. Don't get me wrong, MMW is their own monster and I love them for it, I just find them more together, maybe less abstract, when they have a guitarist on board.

I, for one, am an Awsome Marcus Ninja fan.

I've only done the trip once and it was in a pretty straight-through fasion so I can't say I have much advice to give off the top of the head. All I can say is, if I did it again I would stop more. Get off the beaten path as much as possible as that's usually where the gems are hidden. Other than that, you're a smart, fun-loving guy, I'm sure you'll make the best of it. And there were also some good tips on that other, "driving across Canada" thread. See you soon buddy.

Man, I'm lazy. At 10:50 I had about $4.67 and I decided to trade it for a hit off some dudes crack pipe and a nitrous balloon. The walk home was really quick and disorienting.

I'd say '95-'97 if you had to narrow it down in terms of the batting average factor. But, they were ever evolving, and even at times when I felt they were weak there were always little peaks of glory and illustrious ingenuity. And that's all I've got to say on that.
