  1. I certainly wouldn't call it unfair. There are plenty of shows that are out of my price range and I don't throw a fit about it. I will say that I do respect an artist that keeps their shows and music accessible to their fans. I know A LOT of places that cost an arm and a leg to eat and it's great. I also know a handful of places to eat that are great and I don't have to break the bank to eat there. So I don't see Neil Young for $250... big deal. I'm happy going to see Cuff The Duke and Spiral Beach for $5 next month. Of course they COULD charge more for that show but they don't.
  2. I don't consider myself a fly by night Neil Young fan. If I was in a different position financially I would have bought tickets. Unfortunately for me it's not a question of whether I choose to spend the money on the tickets, it's a question of if I did what would I eat next week. I hate high ticket prices and when big shows come to town like the Rolling Stones I never buy tickets in advance. After the first song is finished scalpers sell $175 seats for $25. These artists don't need my money. I applaud a band like Pearl Jam for fighting to keep ticket costs low. They care about their fan base and want their shows to be accessible to all their fans not just the ones who make over $100'000 a year.
  3. Love you two! Safe travels and happy trails sweethearts!
  4. Thank god I have the right! Now if only I could afford the ticket!

  6. I kinda like their name and logo.
  7. The sound when I saw them last at the Ford Plant was probably a thousand times worse. Great venue, great shows but the worst sound of any venue I've ever been to. You Say Booche! I Say Ejaculation!
  8. Cool brother, I often attend concerts without thinking ahead!
  9. I've seen them a couple times and love them. High energy, fun songs and easy to dance to if you're into that whole electro-dance punk thing. Their new album is a really mature move from their first album. When I last saw them in June they kicked serious ass. I'd wouldn't miss them, they're a fun band to see.
