  1. Here's hoping they *finally* get with the times and offer downloads of new releases.

  4. "He made it to The Hammer, had a smoke in a tree" Incredible night last night! Possibly the best show I've ever seen. Ran 2:42 in total too. Certainly the longest I've seen.... Never seen Ed so loaded and chatty. He was all over the place. By Ledbetter he was on his third bottle of red...going into the crowd and stuff. The band was really having a blast and the crowd was super pumped. Copps Coliseum Hamilton,ON Sept 15, 2011 01. Given To Fly 02. The Fixer 03. Severed Hand 04. Corduroy 05. Hail Hail 06. U 07. 5. Finally got my box. 2 beefs: 1. Unlike American orders which had free shipping, Canadians had to pay $85 for shipping. The "shipping and handling" declaration on the Customs form said $43. Why the soak job for ground USPS shipping? 2. The disks are in there WAY too tight. So tight in fact I ripped the front cover of 4/26 and I was being careful. It's ridiculous how tight. And the paper on the digi packs seems too fragile. This was a pisser as it was the first one I tried removing. Email already sent to Rhino for a replacement. Aside from that it's pretty cool, despite it costing me $600.
  6. Tomorrow night baby! EdVed in The Hammer. Psyched!
  7. I got my box. Got socked $30.90 from Customs. Seems everyone is getting charged a different amount which is effed up!
  8. There's won't be another Neil sit in tonight. He's got his movie premiere, then a Q&A afterwards...possibly Cornell..

  10. Wow! Love the Feed Me A Fetus record! Listened to em in high school a ton! Sick!
  11. Absolutely fantastic show last night capped by Uncle Neil coming out for a blistering RITFW encore. They really brought IT. Can't wait for Thursday! 13. Looks like my box is: "2011/09/06 20:29 VILLE ST-LAURENT International item arrived in Canada and will be reviewed by Customs" Lord have mercy they go easy on me!
  14. Rob..did you get a tracking number yet? I didn't get mine, or a credit card charge. Apparently they're shipping and delivering without even charging the credit cards first for tons of people. Most aren't even getting a shipping notification email. After two calls to Rhino, I finally got a tracking number. Here's the status of mine: From the USPS site: Shipment Activity Location Date & Time -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Processed Through Sort ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) 09/05/11 1:30pm Facility Arrived at Sort ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) 09/05/11 1:26pm Facility Electronic Shipping 09/02/11 Info Received From Canada Post: 2011/09/05 13:30 International item has left the origin country and is en route to Canada 13:26 International item processed in origin country 2011/09/02 00:19 International item mailed in origin country Presumably, like other orders I've placed, this is going to take it's sweet time at Customs. Hopefully the charged aren't too bad...
  15. Chicago links anyone?
  16. Everyone was filming and taking pics on iPhones, BB's and flip HD's..how can they stop it these days?
  17. Pretty good vantage point of the start of the U2 gig the other night. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=krFdFuvHflg&feature=related What doesn't come through is how positively awesome and *loud* the PA sound was. The bottom end went right through you. I'm not sure how it could have sounded any better. Unbelievably good. Easily the finest stadium sound I've ever heard.
  18. When it rains, why does it have to pour so hard IN ONE WEEK! Pearl Jam - ACC, Toronto - Sept 11 Pearl Jam - ACC, Toronto - Sept 12 Warren Haynes Band - QET - Toronto - Sept 14 Pearl Jam - Copps Coliseum - Sept 15 Wilco- Massey Hall - Sept 16 Wilco- Massey Hall - Sept 17 Cripes!!! Marcus

This has become one of my favorite shows ever. Certainly one of the best China > Riders you'll ever hear. Phil may knock you down :-) It's so ON! 21. I'm still wondering if that's bunk or not. Hard to believe Sean Connery would write a not-so-classy letter like that.
