4/15/99 - CRAZY! I saw all three shows and these shows still stand up as the finest and funnest run I've seen from any band ever. A magical weekend!

Expensive ticket. Especially with Diana Krall on the bill and it being a benefit. Neil is never cheap and this one will be big bucks.

Toronto native Neil Young will return to Canada in 2014 for four shows that will benefit Honor The Treaties, an organization that funds collaborations between Native artists and Native advocacy groups. Following Young’s previously announced four night run at New York’s Carnegie Hall, the Canadian run will begin on January 12 with a hometown show at Toronto’s Massey Hall and wrap up in Calgary, ALB on January 19. Perhaps the weirdness of the crowd last night (very quiet and glued to cell phones where I was), in addition to the sound system seemingly being on the low side volume wise, contributed to throwing the band off. Mike and Trey seemed totally disconnected as well. It was just a very weird night. Everyone has a bad day at the office on occasion, and unfortunately Phish had one last night.

Sorry this was all I could get as my battery died really early in my phone...

STOKED for tonight!

I've seen the previous two shows there in '97 and '99. From what I remember it was pretty chill and easy to move around. If you want to get near the rail of course you're going to have to go in when the doors open...

Damn totally forgot about this show. Wanted to attend. How sparse is sparse?
