See, sleeping isnt the problem, i can fall asleep. it's once im there that all hell breaks loose. its funny, the "waking up screaming" part of this dilemma. i think the screaming is actually in the dream, and im waking up after that. my room-mate says he hasnt heard a thing all week. so very strange.

happened at work yest, when i passed out in the lunchroom.

well, last night didnt go real well. met a lovely therapist, but no quick easy answers. testing starting monday. got about 1/2 hour of sleep, and that caused me to be late for work. Damn, this sucks.

nothing spicy, even in recent memory.

3 straight nights. as soon as i fall asleep, i wake up screaming, convinced ive fallen asleep while driving. God, im afraid to go to sleep. this really is driving me nuts. any useful suggestions qould sure be appreciated, and yes, im seeing a specialist fter work today.
