Agreed, that stuff's amazing. I went to BTP today, and there was a line-up getting tastes and buying bottles and merch. I checked with Shane, and found out a couple of things: first, as long as they stay sealed, the bottles will stay fresh indefinitely, because they use a bottling machine that pressurizes the beer; second, once opened, you really need to finish them right off: if you recap them and put them back in the fridge, you might get another day of fresh beer, but you'll probably end up with the flatness. (This changed my order from a big one of ISG to a small one: I had a feeling that if I finished off a growler of it [@ 9.1 % ABV] in one sitting, the "sitting" would soon become a "lying down"...)
Shane also said they've been bottling 24 hours a day, and he had just started a double-batch of the ISG.
