You could do the aforementioned and then throw in some stock + beer and simmer the pork for a while until it's carne has been asada'd.

DB - I shared it with two others. It's the first time I've eaten lunch in a long time where I wasn't hungry again until about 7pm.

This has been one of my favourite sandwiches since the early 2000s. It was little different in it's original incarnation than seen here (was served on a portuguese pada bun) but still damn tasty, clocking in at 30".

Where is that dividing line between $166 and $624 in the stadium? Floor and not floor? That is a craaaazy huge gap not to mention, unbelievable. This band is no better than they were 20 years ago, arguably worse, yet the ticket prices keep rocketing to the sky.
