Jaimoe Posted June 21, 2002 Report Share Posted June 21, 2002 There is a new release in the stores from this guitar god: Lenny Breau and Richard Cotten - "Pickin' Cotten". I picked it up this week and it really smokes. I haven't heard Lenny play this inspired - and that's saying a lot. It's a live recording from the late 70's. Apparently, there is at least 100 hours of concert recordings of Richard Cotten and Lenny Breau - Cotten's wife gave the master tapes to Randy Bachman ( Lenny's archivist ). I bought 8 cds this week alone - and I wasn't even looking for anything other than the deluxe edition of the new Phil & Friends cd... which I found.
