SaggyBalls Posted November 11, 2002 Report Share Posted November 11, 2002 shane: last year we were trying to get people out from ottawa to fredericton to see nero and GTB and you know who went through with it??? 4 people. it's way cheaper to rent a car and drive and split gas than a bus was supposed to be, considering you're comfy with a few friends and decent conversation. i'm down for going on the bus - but if you want to go i'm totally down for the drive. it'll save everyone bailing on you the last minute. secondtube Posted November 12, 2002 Report Share Posted November 12, 2002 sounds like an extended mini can, or even just normal minivan should do the trick. i'd stay away from the bus. it only takes 8-10 to rent an extended mini and make it affordable. Northern Wish Posted November 12, 2002 Report Share Posted November 12, 2002 Fortunately after the bus fell through last year, I ended up partying with the New Deal.... so it wasn't a bad trade off. This year, I don't have to worry about the drive.... so we will be there for sure!!! Said in my best Maritime accent it would be spelled Shooure. Just to let everyone know we just booked a suite at the Best Western and they have others available. They are around $150 including 2 double beds, pullout, living area, and kitchenette.
