I'm on a huge Tangled up in Blue/Blood on the Tracks kick right now. The one album I never grow tired of and can't do without. I know I'm not alone here on this one either.

with dylan, there are a tonne of different versions, and they're all his. Tangled is one of those songs. I can think of 7 or 8 very different versions I've heard over the years

Blood On The Tapes

This incredible CD is the original New York session recordings taken directly from a mint condition test pressing of the intended release. While most tracks are the actual released versions, four on this CD were thrown away in favor of the Minneapolis versions. While the official BOTT is an impossibly ludicrous standard of comparison for non-released material.... this lone CD is a contender.
