I'm not even sure if you need to, because they have a CHAT interface at the website.Anyway, I used IRC to get to their chatroom hoping to find out how to join. Low-and-behold, they are running quizzes on there to weed out LAMERS. The quiz revolves around their RULES and FAQ with a few questions geared towards BitTorrent best practices like "what do YOU think is a good share ratio?"Pass the quiz, and they'll send you an invite.
