paisley
a good blast hadfirst time seein Elliot Brood, very entertaining stuff... very down-homey with banjo/yukelele/old suitcase for kick drum (I missed opening band The Rest)... good strong Bus set followed... enjoyed hearin some new tunes, amongst the older, and shakin it with a good crowd... the ghost of lazlo representintired and disorientated, yesta... sure tonight in Montreal will be a fun one
shainhouse
so many new songs... a whole new record could easily be released... I love the way GTB is evolving... maturing everyday it seems. Elliott Brood! awesome. murder ballads! a little homogonous, but great representation of the style.

kookycanooky
Good night! I was sceptic about the bus' evolution but its starting to convince me. They had some awsome spacey jams that really reminded me of alkaline (not trio) / benevento russo type feel. There are still some aspects I haven't been able to grasp yet, i.e. the songs that dennis sings and photograph...just changes the aspect of the show so much...dancing > standing still....I dont want to start another bus bashing thread, I had a really good time last night despite being a bit sick. I really enjoyed Elliott brood...their songs had this 'train keep on truckin' aspect if you will, a chuga-chuga chuga-chuga rhythm.nice meeting you pasiley! whiteymuseum
What a fun night. It was such a party. All three bands smoked, and the DJ last night is my person local favourite. DJ Cut-How-Ya-Like. Thanks to everyone for supporting the show.
