jaxtraw
Has anyone been to this venue? If so how does the Beer situation work? It looks like a place that wouldn't allow drinks at you seat.
The Chameleon
I was at the last Phil show there a few years back. Like all American venues, you can drink pretty much anywhere. They were also pretty cool about burning weed. Really nice venue too, sounds great! See you there!
MuleMomma
At Trey on November 10th, they only sold beer until showtime (that is when Trey started). I have no idea whether they were selling during Tea Leaf Green because we only got there just prior to Trey going on. They wouldn't let us take beers into the theatre either unfortunately. Been there prior to this, but can't remember anything. And if you're thinking of taking your own, all I can say is that the search at the door was nowhere near as intense as the State Theater in Detroit. In fact, I think they only made me open my purse and looked in the top. Good luck!

MoMack
The way I remember it is the place was tight. No booze in the theatre - not even sure about drinks. And people couldn't go outside to smoke, and couldn't smoke in the theatre, so the bathroom was packed. But this was 1995
Prost
At Trey last month....I know you could only bring water into the theatre because that will not damage the seats like beer or other sticky drinks. The theatre is a historical landmark I think...so for preservation reasons..no drinks....As for smoking, you are not supposed to smoke in the theatre but everyone was...So my advice, just keep your butts and spliffs low and you won't be bothered when the lights go down
