The only thing you can change are things like date and currency formats, and keyboard layouts. The language of the buttons, message boxes, labels are all defined by the version purchased. The next version of Windows (vista) is said to have multiple languages in the box. You shouldn't have a problem having it sent back and asking for an english setup. Too bad about the distance.
