bouche
No, there isn't a band named 'hot sauce', but there certainly should be.Anyway, our favourite Hot Sauce store, Chilly Chiles is moving from Sussex in the Market to somewhere on Innes rd. Way the hell out near Petsmart.Chilly Chiles is probably one of the most unique shops in the Market and it always rounds out a great visit while picking up fresh veggies, fruit and meats. For anyone that hasn't been, make sure you pay a last visit to their store on Sussex and buy something from the top shelf...your taste buds will love and hate you!(the higher shelves have the hottest sauces!) Dr_Evil_Mouse
Thanks for the heads-up, Bouche. Since I got acclimatised to that ground habanero Grateful_Dave sent us back in the fall (for which my tastebuds remain so grateful!), and the little tubs been getting shallower and shallower, I've been looking for something with at least as much shock. Any favourites?
bouche
Brother Bru Bru's is my all-time favourite hot sauce. I use it regularly with Melba toasts and xtra old Cheddar!

ollie
Shitty news. It was one of the best shops in the market. They might as well go back to mail order as far as moving out to Innes Road is concerned.Do you know when the market location closes shop?

Freak By Night
Shameless Plug: One of my cronies makes and sells his own hot sauce, and it's available at many locations in and around Ottawa. It's quite good. Mark's Psycho Sauce
