If they'll be rye whisky I'll tip a couple with you to celebrate your birthday. If they'll be Irish whisky I'll tip back a lot with you. I'm pretty sure that I never saw a staff member on the upper deck so I think you'd have no problem at all. I'm not a big toker so I don't really recall for sure.
