boiler
I just started listening to this guy a few weeks ago. Blowing me away. I can't wait to see him play at Langerado. Anybody ever seen him play before or recomend a good show to download?
Tenenbaum
saw him with pavement in '94; whole band was drunk; good time overall
Tungsten Gruvsten
Just buy all 3 albums and rock out. Then buy the entire Pavement discography and rock out.
boiler
Yeah I have the 3 CD's. All three are great. I'd like to hear something live, but can't find any. Yet.
AD
start and end with pavement. i found his solo stuff as weaksauce. (the first one was ok i guess)i dunno. go with pavement.seen him a few times live and pavement once and i much preferred the pavement show. however pavement was the best band* of the 90s so i could be biased.ad*along with all the other good bands of the 90s

Pavement is one of my favourite bands of all time, but the Malkmus solo stuff never did it for me to quite the same extent.Check out "Crooked Rain Crooked Rain" for starters.
