bradm
The Jimmy Swift Band is kicking off their tour with two nights in Ottawa at Mavericks in Ottawa, and the first one is tonight (Friday, Oct. 19). The bits of me that managed to safely make it home after Do Make Say Think last night will be there. Who else is in?Aloha,Brad

RobL
Won't be their tonight, checking out the empiricals and the flaps at irene's. From what my friend tells me the empiricals are hilarious asian surfer rock, and the flaps are great too.. no vocals, pure jam! I may show up at the swift tomorow night.. peace

AD
the flaps are really good. the empiricals are decent enough. that sounds like a good show. also, the flaps (from my experience) are not all that jammy. but instrumental yes.john higney is one excellent guitarist and composer.
