I like ot eat it with everything expecially with my potatoes!!Any other Skanks Like Chow Chow, I know my Grandmother makes some of the best around, and Im waiting to get her secret from her. Acorn Creek (who vends at the lansdowne market) makes their own but they may not have any unless you ask for it. I think even Bick's or Strub's or one of the pickle companies makes it too. On eof the Casse-Croutes I went to puts the Chow Chow on their "hamburger all-dressed" instead of the plain cabbage. It makes a good topping for alot of stuff though it's kind of messy.
