hamilton
The last time I saw Ben Folds was about ten years ago, but I will third the recommendation! He was great.
NewRider
Same here... Ben Fold Five always put on a stellar show. I haven't seen him since he went solo but I imagine it's just as entertaining.

Steve0
Ben folds put on a great show last night, a great mix if new and old...highlight for me was the army imporv tune, he was mid story and just said or I could just make up a song about the army and it was great..he also did this vocal thing at the end of the show using the crowd as his choir that was really cool.... 1. NewRider
Nice to see he still plays the old tunes and doesn't ignore the Folds Five material.
Steve0
people were shouting out requests and he let us know that this new band doesn't know to many old tunes so he said we are just going to wing it on those one, and it turned out
NewRider
Amazing the band knows Alice Childress and not Battle of Who Could Care Less or Brick. Though I remember an interview from eleven years ago where Ben said that he hated playing Brick live and never wanted to play it again. Amazing I can remember an excerpt from a Ben Folds interview from eleven years ago but still space on my postal code!
jonyak
its probably because brick is about his girlfriend getting an abortion against his wishes.
