bradm
I don't have any recipes, but just a suggestion: drop by a branch of your local public library. Chances are that they'll have at least one cookbook devoted to Spanish cuisine. (Ask a librarian if you're not sure where to look or can't find anything.)You might also drop by a decent-sized LCBO outlet, and ask about getting a nice bottle or two of a good sherry.Aloha,Brad
