I like about 4-5 cloves but U can use however many U likeOlive Oil...1/4 cup or so... (less if U want)Soy Sauce/ Tamari Sauce.. couple of dashesthe food processor makes it the best... I usually just let it run for about 3 min until it's super smooth and yummy!! U can also add dill, cumin, chili peppers... any veggies U like (chop them up after) Black/green olives would be good too!!OOh I saw a recipie once for Edamame hummus which I've never tried but sounds sooo gooood!!!
