thatpatguy
1) go here: http://www.just-eat.ca/2) type in your postal code and click Search3) next to that postal code file field a location option should appear (for instance, with me it comes up with "K1Z Ottawa"). click on that location.4) this will open a new page listing all the restaurants you can order from, scroll through this list looking for Milanos Pizza and click on "View Menu"if the "View Menu" link isn't up then I think it means they are out of free pizzas for the day (since I believe they are only giving away 200 each Tuesday)hope that helps, Velvet. Freeker
Sigh... I had this exact idea for a website 5 years ago, I really should have got my ass in gear and got it done.oh well, free pizza will ease the pain.
Velvet
I thought of you Freeker, when someone took this idea to Dragon's Den. The Dragons were crawling all over each other to get in on the deal.I'm pissed I never got around to stealing your idea.
Velvet
If I remember it right, in the Toronto area alone they made $12,000 profit in their 2nd month.

Velvet
So is it buy one get one free, or totally straight up free pizza?I may just set my alarm for next Tuesday.
thatpatguy
it's supposed to be straight up free pizza.. we bought a second one because the free pizza is just a small (and that's not enough for us).I assume you'd still be expected to tip the driver though. Northern Wish
"they" made- and thats the second month....Not saying this isn't a good idea- but I do doubt its long term outlook. If "they" only turned that much in profit- what if it is 3 of them just as it was on Dragons Den (iirc). Thats $4000 a month each. And they still haven't paid taxes or had health benefits- yet they have probably seen their boost from the appearance fade.Of course all they have to do is nab one Subway, Quiznos or similar and they are likely all set. What was the commish from the show - 2%?Is anyone aware of a similar site in the US?Thats not exactly paving their way to Freedom 55.
Northern Wish
And I found another reason that idea wasn't a $1,000,000 Cinch: Competition.http://grubcanada.com/cities/ottawa/restaurants
