bradm
There's one my Mom makes, which is pretty much just melted chocolate chips and shredded coconut, with no baking required: you put spoonful-sized dollops of the batter on waxed paper and leave it in the fridge for a while. I've e-mailed her for the exact recipe.Aloha,Brad

bradm
This wasn't the recipe I was thinking of, but it's still a great one.HURRY UP CHOCOLATE CHIP DROP COOKIES3 c. graham wafer crumbs6 oz. chipits1 can (15 oz) Sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)Coconut or icing sugarMix cracker crumbs, chipits and milk in a bowl. Form into small balls, roll in either coconut or icing sugar. Refrigerate or these can be baked in a 350 oven for 15 min. I always used chocolate chips but peanut butter might be interesting. I never did bake them - just kept them in the fridge.Aloha,Brad
