Two members of Big Sugar in a reggae band.

Show was great and REALLY LOUD. My ears are still ringing! Super big props to the Keyman (on three keyboards) and the one man horn section. Not to mention T.O. Dee-Jay/MC Friendlyman keepin'it movin'lively all night.

If you get a chance to see these guys, give'er! [big Grin]

Interesting;

Started in 1978, Truths and Rights was a highly acclaimed Reggae band in Canada, well known for its influences in the Canadian Reggae scene. 1980 Q107 Best Homegrown Band winners. 1980 Black Canadian Music Awards - Truths & Rights receives awards for both Top Reggae Band and Top Reggae Single for the track "Acid Rain".

Truths and Rights are brilliant; a great movement.Heavy and clasic in one, and no lame messages. Pure goodness. But the bar they usually play at is Crap, never any room to get down/sound problems. I missed there last show due to funding shortage(Gotta See PHiSH)but they are more then worth checking out. Hopefully they'll play some new spots in South Ont.
