mister slippery
Man U has had issues at the back all year.I honestly think De Gea has done quite well, though maybe not "United-quality well".Defesive injuries have made it tough in the middle, and Rio, like Terry, Lamps, and Gerard, are all getting a bit "past it".Phil Jones is gonna be great, but I gotta say, Im curious about the rumors of Vidic heading on transfer to Italy? Sure it has value, but man, I'd give up on Rooney before Vidic. If Berbatov really is gonna move to PSG or Antti-whatever the team is that bought Etoo and Zhirkov, then thats probably 10-12 million pounds.I cannot fathom moving Vidic..02 Edited November 23, 2011 by Guest

mister slippery
That's rough, glad to miss 'em, because I figure Arsenal is gonna take them, and I didn't want CFC to get 'em.Bit apprehensive about Napoli, but hey, should be fun.Benfica vs Zenit ought to be ok, and in Europa Utd vs Ajax could be a beast. City vs Porto too. And, finally, wonder how Stoke will fare vs Valencia. :chug:
TheSloth
I'm unsure on how I should deal with your civility towards Arsenal. Is this what a poor showing for the EPL has brought out?Napoli is no cakewalk either, one of the more dangerous teams in that pot. Should be interesting. mister slippery
Just hoping to see City loses a step or 2.Plus, having RVP in my pool has really spoiled the hate.3rdly, a friend is dying of Lou Gehrigs's, he's a Filth fan, so I'm watching everything I can with him while i can. Even got a jersey, but with my bud on the back.
TheSloth
Christ, it's pretty hard to say something assholish and snarky in response to that act of friendship, very nice gesture on your part. Best wishes to your friend.

mister slippery
how many starts will David Luis get if the Chavs land CahillLikely, not many. Luiz can sit for a while, and learn to control himself a bit better. He's a good player, but can do more harm than good on occasion.Drafted Cahill in my pool, expecting the transfer. It sure will piss me off if it doesnt happen, and I have Bolton on my team. :chug:
